Clan Battle Rules

1. "Declining/Limit"
All clans are allowed to challenge and take part in no more then 3 clan battles at a time, while challenging a clan it is required that the members participating in the clan battle must post to make sure they are active, if not they can't participate.
---
- if your declined your barred from challenging that clan for 3 days, unless they challenge you.
---
- if you decline the same clan 2 times in a row you HAVE TO accept it next time
---
- Do avoid "compromising" clan battle rules with in a topic it'd be easier if you talk to the leader about it first.

2. Two substitutions per clan battle
Two substitutions are enough. Your clan SHOULD be active. You will not be given the 3rd substitution.

Any clan that does not post a sub prior to matchups being agreed upon between the two leaders, will lose their privilege to having a sub for that battle. If you post 2 you get 2, if you post 1 you get one, if you post none you get none.

3. Two week deadline
You have two weeks to get a clan battle finished, that is MORE then enough time to get 5 fighters to meet online and get a few matches done.

If a match is 1-1 or 2-2 once the deadline hits, a 3 day extension will be given.

4. Activity
Your clan should be active, if you have a clan battle going on and your not active then a lost may occur to the inactive party.

Once a challenge from one clan is issued to another, the challenged leader MUST respond with an accept or decline within 3 days of the issuing. If the leader does not respond within the 3 days, their clan will get a Warning. After 3 warnings, your clan will be disbanded.

From now on if a person in your line up is inactive you will be forced to sub him out as soon as possible. Failure to sub a member out will result in a DQ for the match.

5. Respect
Respect all your fellow RF members, no need to get upset if you've lost a match.

6. Contacts
When the match ups have been made, the clan leaders must also add the contacts for whoever is participating in the battle so everyone can get in contact with each other.

7. Screen shots
Screen shots are REQUIRED. You don't have to post them when reporting your win or loss, but if arguments come then you must prove it with a screen shot.

8. Match-ups
All match ups should be made with the clan leaders ONLY, unless you have permission from your clan leaders. Matchups are made by both clans not one unless given permission from the opposition

9. Rules
Once you've made clan rules there's no "changing" to get an advantage or anything. Rules are to be kept the same through out the whole entire clan battle.

10. If You're Banned
Once a member of a clan has been banned(does not matter for how long), he is to be subbed out of whatever battles he is in immediately as an extra consequence to his banishment. Also, he/she cannot be used in your lineup or as a sub until the banishment is over. It's his/her fault for getting banned, so you have no one to blame but them.

11.Acceptance and Lineups
If a clan is challenged and accepts, they will post their lineup upon acceptance. When you post your lineup make sure you post your members information with it. Host, email, timezone, etc.
